Some additional information about our service and rates.
LABOR RATE SPECIFICATIONS
1.
Eight hours on-site by any one employee waives service call fee (not applicable
on emergency call)
2.
First man on-site is lead service man - additional personnel are subordinate.
3.
All rates only increase to time and a half after 8 hours per man on any single
day (except emergency service calls)
4. Standard service call fee is $
25.00 for 1st time on-site only - additional
service call fees are not incurred on consecutive times on-site for same service

The designated rates above are in effect
Monday thru Friday from 6:30 am to
3:00 pm and are considered our regular service hours. Service calls between the
hours of 3:00pm and 6:30 am during the week, or any time on the weekends and
holidays, will be considered emergency service calls and will be billed
accordingly.
Bid projects are estimated at cost with overhead and profit.
Will be set by appointment only.
After Hours & Holiday Rates:
After hours (Monday thru Thursday) after 3:00pm, before 6:30a.m.
Weekends (Fridays after 3:00 p.m. thru Monday 6:30a.m., and Holidays):

EMERGENCY SERVICE CALLS ARE CALCULATED AT PRIORITY RATE EXCEPT AT TIME AND A

THE EMERGENCY RATE
IS THE PRIORITY RATE @ DOUBLE TIME, OUTSIDE NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, OR ON
HOLIDAYS, AND WEEKENDS, AND TIME WILL BE CHARGED,
AT A FOUR HOUR MINIMUM, PORTAL
TO PORTAL.
